Rendall & Rittner is one of the largest residential property managers in the UK with over 80,000 homes under management. Their clients include listed institutions, investors, developers, housing associations and Resident Management Companies.
In 2019, as a growing business, Rendall & Rittner was keen to explore and implement technological solutions to enhance its risk and compliance management processes. Senior Management lacked visibility and transparency over risk, compliance, and safety across the entire portfolio, making it difficult to track performance and demonstrate effective safety management to clients.
