Mirela has over two decades of experience in operations across a number of different industry sectors including retail, consumer goods, automotive and construction. Prior to working at Ark, she held senior positions at one of the top 50 global logistics companies managing multiple disciplines including operations, account management, customer service and HR. At Ark, Mirela plays a pivotal role in establishing best practices for all aspects of the organisation’s operations and is committed to ensure Ark continues to grow as a top global brand in its industry.

Peter Clark | MSc, CMIOSH, MIIRSM

Executive Director/Ark Company Director

Peter is a Chartered health and safety practitioner who began his health and safety career in the print industry before moving into construction, manufacturing, retail, and sports. As a Management Consultant Peter has worked in many industry sectors with both SMEs and large Corporations. At Ark Peter leads the team responsible for the success of our clients, taking a strategic lead in all accounts.

Senior Director - Regulatory, Technical & Technology Solutions

David originally started his career in local government enforcement, engineering and building control. David has worked for over 15 years with Ark previously heading up professional services and delivery. He is responsible for our business wide operational and services delivery, product stewardship, service management capabilities ensuring we continue to meet our clients’ needs. David is internationally recognised in Risk Management and Systems Development.

Shane Grace

Professional Services Director

Shane Grace Professional Services Director has over two decades in multi-disciplinary risk and compliance consultancies. Prior to joining Ark Shane led a Bureau Veritas business unit responsible for P&L and over 150 FTE.

In 2022 Shane joined Ark to scale up a market leading professional services function for risk, compliance and safety providing premium solutions to various sectors including property, fm, financial services, services, education, technology and healthcare. Shane is also leading the delivery of a new innovative suite of building safety assurance services.

Jayne Sale

Business Operations & Programme Director

Jayne Sale Operations Director has over two decades in operational and general management roles multi-disciplinary compliance and safety consultancies. Prior to joining Ark Jayne was a key member of a management team in a startup and grew the businesses in a general management capacity from 15 employees to over 70 employees and management of the exit to be acquired by a large Plc compliance and safety Plc where she supported the integration of the business and held a senior operations role.

In 2022 Jayne joined Ark to further support the scale up of Ark building on our reputation for highly responsive service delivery and outsourcing. Jayne is also leading the delivery of a new innovative operating system and support capabilities that set the high-quality standards whilst providing clients with a client led reliability and an overall positive and helpful approach.
