Technical Quality Operations Manager

Are you passionate about being a key member of the Professional Services Management team that delivers a suite of Health, Safety and Fire services to meet the gold standard including producing services and advice, that achieves our ambition to be the number one consultancy and service provider to the property industry and corporates in low to medium risk environments?

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our professional service team as a Technical Quality Operations Manager. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about fire safety in the built environment and love the idea of being a key player in an innovative growing company.

Management of Professional Services operations/practices, quality, product, and capabilities for systemising, financial control, customer success, compliance, and supporting company growth reporting up to Professional Services Director.

  • 5 years demonstrated relevant safety experience, operational support management and project management 
  • Significant experience dealing with employee engagement
  • Strong results orientation and ability to stay on track and get others to stay on track too
  • Ability to use to intermediate level databases and tools e.g. Excel/Project Management/Sharepoint
  • Evidence of collaborating with others to achieve a result under pressure
  • Strong systemiser and prioritisation management skills 
  • Forensic and pragmatic approach with excellent communication skills
  • Resilient, resourceful with ability to work to tight deadlines and solve 
  • Confident, flexible, and collaborative working attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and business priorities
  • Strong EQ


  • Qualified to CMIOSH with a Fire Safety qualification or understanding of Fire Safety Management in the Built environment


  • Product project management for the suite of Professional Services products
  • Technical quality management 
  • Competency management 
  • Recruitment and Onboarding of Professional Services employees assisted by the HR & Talent team
  • Succession planning and technical resource management 
  • Technical operations management
  • Manage technical information and updates
