Client Services Executive


Reporting to the Operations Director the main aim of the role is to ensure swift and efficient planning of all client and consultant engagements, reporting on efficiency, revenue and cost aspects to keep our customer satisfaction and to maintain profitability.

Experience:

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and MS Office; must be able to pull together statistical reports
  • Confidence to ask questions and raise queries within the team and wider business
  • Previous experience of technology systems for ticketing and document processing
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to identify issues and resolve
  • Well organised and can follow a process end-to-end, without supervision
  • Excellent written communications, internal and external
  • Able to communicate with customers and generate customer delight
  • Demonstrates a determination to succeed in the role and takes a pride in delivering an excellent service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning client site visits for a variety of compliance based work at least 6 weeks in advance
  • Liaising with teams across the organisation, dealing with queries on behalf of clients,consultants and the Operations team.
  • Checking planned visits to ensure accuracy of information provided for client and consultant
  • Developing knowledge around consultant competence to ensure that the correct consultant is allocated to site visits
  • Responding to client enquiries in an engaged manner and within required SLAs
  • Developing knowledge of internal IT systems used for planning purposes
  • Supporting the on-boarding of new clients and developing client relationships
  • Providing a strong level of client support to ensure that clients remain engaged with the organisation
  • Completing administrative tasks around creation of jobs on internal systems
  • Calling clients to discuss queries or making contact via email or Teams in a professional manner
  • Preparing and pulling off reports using Microsoft Word and Excel for internal and external use
  • Proactively following up to request information to ensure that the full picture is available to our consultancy team when they attend a site visit.
