Ark is currently on the hunt for a driven and customer focused Account Manager to join our expanding team as part of our continued growth. This opportunity would ideally suit an experienced customer care professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service while building market share and exceeding targets.

The Opportunity

As a Client Account Manager at Ark, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, enabling an in depth understanding of their organisation, goals and pain points so that you can deliver exceptional account management and service that exceeds expectations
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
  • Proactively engaging with clients to provide key analysis and insights, mapping progress and identifying areas for opportunity
  • Collaborating with other functions across the organisation to facilitate client requests and continuously improve our service offering
