• Our project management

  Part of Ark's reputation for successful service delivery and project management is due to the significant involvement with clients at the pre-implementation stage of any engagement. Our aim is to turn information into knowledge so that we can maximise our contribution to our clients at all times. We believe that early and regular communication enables us to gain a full understanding of our client's needs, how they work and their objectives in order to optimise our service delivery. We then communicate the essence of these discussions and project information to key personnel throughout our organisation, ensuring that both our people and our processes are fully aligned with the client's needs, throughout the engagement.

• Our people

  We believe that our brand success is inextricably linked to the contribution and approach our consultants make to their assignments. For a consultant to be recruited as an Ark consultant, they must be able to demonstrate that they can support our brand values, especially listening and observation skills pro-activeness, timeliness, client interfacing and accuracy. This starts with having high entry level for candidates to be recruited by Ark whether they are graduates or experienced professionals.
  
  Once recruited we seek to engage our employees fully, as we believe this is important to customer satisfaction. We heavily invest money and focus on the tools training, monitoring and mentoring so that we can turn talent into performance.
