Ark wins Health and Safety outsourcing contract to provide BT Health and Safety support centre and response services across its open reach and operations.
Out of a shortlist of four leading services providers, BT selected Ark for its vision and strategy, best practice, innovation and benefits to its stakeholders. Ark was also recognised for its customer centric offering that is capable above other contenders to create breakthrough results and long-term, sustainable impact for BT delivering innovation, client intimacy and outstanding service excellence.
